Any person or organisation engaged in activities connected with lawful lotteries may apply for renewal of membership of the Lotteries Council by completing the form below.

The annual Membership Subscription is currently £175.

In making this application I/we confirm as follows:

1.	I hereby apply for renewed membership of the Lotteries Council on behalf of the above named Member Organisation. We agree to abide by the memorandum and articles of association of the Lotteries Council, conform to the code of practice and declare that all lottery schemes promoted by or on our behalf will conform to all statutory regulations.
2.	I/we agree that the following details about me/us can be available to other members of the Council (on the Members’ Section of the Council’s website and the Register of Members): Name, Organisation, Address, Telephone No., Email Address and, if applicable, that I am a Lottery Manager.
